I am looking at ideas for lighting the reception at this location (virtual tour) (external link)

As you can see it is a mix of pine and white ceiling. There are a couple of balcony's should I send my AB800 To the ceiling? Would i need to gel or is the colour cast from the ceiling not be that bad because of the white sections in it. Just trying to sort out the best way to get a nice clean WB. Any help would be really appreciated. If you want to know what i shoot with check out my gear in my sig. Thanks everyone!

Here are two articles that should be helpful when used together. :D

Those are very good, my only question is though I have heard some of his video's before in one he does advocate for gels on the flash but not here? Should I gel in this room or should i just do all the WB in post?

I believe he states that he gels when he wants the tungsten background lights to appear less tungsteny. To me, a gel would have improved his photos in the second link but hes the pro so who am I to question. :D

Do you think i should gel for this room, or do you think the white patches are enough to get a nice WB?
