Oh I totally understand the reasoning. I'd just hate to think that it's overpowering your image, you know? I can barely take in the cornstalks without my eye being drawn back to the watermark over and over.
With a watermark that obtrusive, you may win the "Don't steal my image" war, but you'll lose the "Hey, doesn't my image look great?" one.
Maybe something smaller, or just text? Not to really pick here, but I'm having trouble even deciphering what the watermarked image IS. My logical brain is trying to make it into some kind of bear (because of the name), but I just can't see it. Maybe that's partly why I can't reconcile its presence... I can't tell what it is, and yet it's SO noticeable. My advice is to re-think that portion of the design so people CAN recognize your mark, since that's what's important to you.
