Shutter count in 5D2

Hi, is there a way to check the shutter count in a 5D2? Thanks for the inputs

if its your camera and you have never reset it, the file number.

it doesn't prove anything if you don't know the history though.

Not necessarily. I use Live View as a light meter and for checking DoF. Every time is a shutter actuation that doesn't affect the file numbers.
