If I have any stubborn stains before using the lens pen tip I will lightly breath on the lens to moisten it sightly. I use the brush first to carefully brush off anything the blower didn't remove, then use the lenspen tip with small circular motions. It is seriously amazing. One of my lenses was covered in sea salt and another filter was covered in salt, finger prints and dust - now they both look BRAND NEW! And the lens pen is $10. As you can tell I was amazed!!! 5D Mark II | 7D
