so a friend of mine challenged all his photo friends to shoot for a while at f11 to better appreciate how crazy sharp lenses like the 50 1.8 are when stopped down rather than shooting wide open and always blowing backgrounds out of focus. as someone that normally shoots wide open for sports i dont stop down that often but here are a few shots that i took yesterday as part of his challenge to better appreciate good composition and having the backgrounds as part of the photos :D oh yea the challenge was to only shoot at f11
