Lucky shot on a tough bird to find out in open. Of course when he walked out the sun disappeared behind a cloud and he was in the shade next to reeds. But it's still my first clapper rail pic

Oh my! These rails are SO difficult to EVEN SEE ONE, let alone photograph one. Congrats! Now that you know where they hang out, hope you have better luck to get more photos of them. :)
