How do you think I could help out this BW conversion? I'd really like this photo in BW for a family photo wall, but I can't seem to get it right. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

It's a bit flat looking and lacking a bit of contrast, but not much you can do about that. Some fill light probably would have helped the original shot immensely, especially given the person with the hat.
