Took a picture of my girlfriends pink rose straight from the camera no editing
used the lens that came with my camera

I bet this could really pop with some processing!

When shooting flowers like this, be sure to watch what's in the background (especially bright areas that draw attention away from the subject). If they're present, try putting something dark behind the flower to eliminate the bright spots.
