Working on it... ;) Most of my equipment is fairly well taken care of, so I don't really have anything to contribute. But nothing looks cooler than a lens that looks like it has a few war stories.

Don't have photos but on both my tripods one of my cats has chewed the rubber adjustment handles. Oh, and he also chewed the fins on my rocket blower. BASTARD!!! I have threatened to take him to the vet and have him de-toothed.

Yeah. As a matter of fact, he's the one in my avatar. Very pretty to look at but with a definite behavior problem.

A car has run over my old Manfrotto tripod with one wheel. But actually the tripod is just as fine as it was.

I would, but my most beat up gear would likely have to be the stuff myself and friends used as "Scientific payloads" in the rockets we built and launched when we were teens.

Needless to say the ones that are the most beat up did not survive the trip in large enough pieces for us to find so we could take photos of them.
