Hello. I am hoping there are some air rifle folks here that can help...

looking for an AR-15 (Or similar assault rifle) mockup in .177 pellet caliber, NOT airsoft. I would like it to be C02 instead of pump or break barrell, but I would consider break action ones as well.

I found the Crosman M4-177 rifle, but I need to be able to take follow up shots quickly. http://www.crosman.com/airguns/rifles/pump/M4-177 (external link)

The reason I want a AR-15 or similar is because of the rails on them (Okay... they also look cool! ); I want to be able to attach a bipod, a laser, and a scope.

Any ideas, folks? Thanks! :D

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

Don't forget a Pez dispenser...you're gonna want that sugar once the lead starts flying.

You say you don't want an airsoft, but my son has an electric model which cracked a basketball backboard. Unexpectedly powerful. It would dent a car. It sure could put an eye out. Or two.

It is a look alike for one of the weapons from a video game. Can't recall which one. Might be Gears.

Don't know if such a gun exists. Why exactly don't you want airsoft? They actually look a lot more like the real deal than that crosman. Otherwise check pyramydair.com under rifles then CO2. There are some tactical replicas including the Beretta CX-4, an MP5 mockup, an EBOS, and the well received AirForce rifles. No they aren't AR-15s but as close to tactical as you can get I think.

But if you must have an air rifle, here's a conversion for the crosman over to PCP:

Seems to be out of stock though.

Because I need to be able to "dispatch" a starling or house sparrow quickly, and get another shot off before the rest of the flock flies; they hate bluebirds (just saw a few starlings chase a bluebird off the other day), and since they are an invasive species, they can be gotten rid of.

Ah, get a spring loaded shotgun instead. There are some which fire BBs with good muzzle velocity.

And the electic 'toy' my son has can easily take down starlings.

Your problem may be range in any case. Birds are farther and faster than they may appear.

My airsoft rifle dismantled many pigeons and others critters. You should really look into them for fun amongst other reasons

Hmmm... do you know the name of it? I may look it up. I need the three rails on it, though.

As for the Pez dispenser; not a bad idea! I am a diabteic, if my sugar goes low, it would be handy!

No, I don't know brands anymore. I only know they exist because I had to memorize case facts about a store owner who used one in a booby trap for burglars. It worked. He lost the case, too.

With starlings you're fighting a tidal wave there. Death doesn't mean anything to them. Noise does. It took almost a year, but a golf course stopped them after shooting thousands with shot guns.

When they stopped, they returned.

BB shotgun - Doesn't have very impressive numbers though - 3 BB's at 250fps. On the plus side it has 4 yep read em 4 rails for your tacticool needs, even a door breaching muzzle:

http://www.pyramydair.com …G9000_CO2_BB_Shotgun/1793 (external link)

On the other hand this sounds like more of what you're asking for. It's not an AR platform but has at least 2 rails, CO2 powered, 24rd mag with 400rd reservoir, and 540 fps:

http://www.pyramydair.com/s/m/EBOS_CO2_BB_gun/2042 (external link)

And just for fun the MP5:

and the Beretta (which IMO looks sweet):

is the AK-47 not suitable?

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
