Wow nice photo! If you don't mind me asking, is that straight out of the camera Jpeg?
Yeah apart from slight colour tweak and a play on curves!

I'm thinking of getting one to replace my 550D, Tamron 17-50 f2.8 and 60mm macro. For what I do I think it will be almost perfect but I do love to do macro. There will be a macro lens add on so that will take care if the macro side. Two things that I think I would get most from is the flip screen and IS. Not having IS on my set up can be a bit of a problem. Andy

It's light, small, and takes incredible images in low light. I have made it my live camera rig when I shoot videos at concerts. The quality is amazing. Thanks, This really is looking like a low end DSLR replacement. All that quality and not having to lug the weight arround, It's very tempting! Andy

Mar 09, 2012 10:29 | #71 Couple of shots in poor light this afternoon, tested out the exposure bracketing, used 2 shots out of the 3 shots taken. Bit Breezy so there is movement in the foreground. However still plenty of detail in the church structure. LowickChurchCrocus1 Full image of church and the grounds. Bit of a filter added to sky.
LowickChurchCrocus2 Canon 5D mk3, 50mm 1.4, 17-40L, 70-200L, 100-400L, Canon 100L macro, Canon 2 x G1X, Speedliite 430 EX all supported by Gitzo and Benro.

Mar 10, 2012 13:44 | #75 Some more test shots, instead of some well exposed pretty images. I thought I would take the camera to its limits with high iso and very difficult contrast conditions at low shutter speeds, for me they are not acceptable and perhaps we have found the limits of low light with this camera. ISO range from 6400 to 12000, all hand held with low shutter speed.
