My little sparrow that sits on the feeder everyday.. He thinks its his...

Not sure what variety he is tho... I have taken dozens of pic but none seem to turn out as sharp as i would like... this is the best i have done in the last week...

I think I see a hint of yellow on its wing which would make it a Pine Siskin.

That could be a Pine, but I'm not great at IDs.

I'm by far not the best around here, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
IMHO what you should try is exposing more to get the bird.
Your EXIF, Auto exposure, Shutter priority AE, 1/800 sec, f/5.6, ISO 1600, shows auto exposure. Give manual a try and over expose a stop or two. You may have to lower your shutter speed, but shooting at the feeder, that might not be too bad. If there is a way to flatten your angle so that you get less sky that could be helpful as well.
