That's what I thought the gist of it was. When you are talking about layer masks and painting in what's needed in the image, that is why I love PS! I actually love trying to brush in those little details.

It seems pretty easy what you mention (at least that's how it seems), I guess for me though it would be knowing when enough saturatino is enough. Thanks for the info though .

If it's Singh Ray, it should be stamped on the filter. Also, that filter is for the Cokin P holder. Do you even know what filter holder you have?

yeah its true.... I love to do the global adjustments and brushes but other than that its very rare that I get motivated to PP

hahahaha.... I think what I need to change is my shooting habit, take like 10 shots and PP them for an hour each rather than take 200 shots and PP them for 2-3minutes each

Me too, I'm the worlds laziest photographer, if it requires more than 30 seconds PP it goes in the bin, or stays as it was, which is usually crook.

I love PP'ing my images. Which is why they usually turn out horrible , I just get really bored with long exposures, I can't stand just sitting there doing nothing. It's worse when it's freeeeezing outside - even worse when you're doing star trails

hahahaha.... I tried learning some stuff, but I am not motivated enough to use what I learn so I forget them after a while.

its the shooting that I consider fun...and the PP afterwards I consider a chore

yeah ... I felt guilty the other day after we got home from the beach, I was inside the bathroom giving my Gitzo a bath while the GF was waiting for me to finish
