I like the composition, lighting, and clouds, but it doesn't quite look right. Was that like a 1/2-1 second shutter?

Did you get any of the sun actually going down? lol i did get soaked. started to have some drops and then it rained. few photogs pretty much ran and i took what i can and went under the pier and the rain stopped so i continued.
