Prediction: An iPad 3 will be in my hands before Canon even announces the 5D3.

March 2nd is going to be a big announcement for the all-new 18MP T4i and 3 stupid inkjet printers that nobody in this country is going to buy.

What the hell are they going to upgrade on? Seriously, it's a pretty crappy camera no matter what you do.

Prediction: The 5D3 sensor will look a lot like the 5D2 sensor only "all-new" according to Canon. It will still have less than 12EV of DR, but now they will finally have the ISO100 shadow noise problem worked out.

Prediction: It will be pronounced a revolutionary camera by all of Canon-Fandom!

Apropos of nothing, who else noticed that they chose to honor Steve Jobs in the Oscar's Memoriam segment? Any idea why?

1. It said... he was a producer

2. From Wikipedia

In 1986, he acquired the computer graphics division of Lucasfilm, which was spun off as Pixar. He was credited in Toy Story (1995) as an executive producer. He remained CEO and majority shareholder at 50.1 percent until its acquisition by The Walt Disney Company in 2006, making Jobs Disney's largest individual shareholder at seven percent and a member of Disney's Board of Directors.

Buy a car :p

I'm buying my car but, it has nothing to do with selecting a lens. :p

Or this lens would do

I'm really attracted to the 200 f2 VR II.

After looking at the samples from the D800, I'm pretty impressed. That thing has the same photosite size as the D7000, but behaves better, even when looking at pixel-level noise.
