I think he can talk to the TF.

I know for a fact that even the mods do not know who the TF is, because a good friend who is a MOD told me that. And that guy would throw up if he tried to tell a lie.

So, I always guessed it was PEKKA or someone else who wrote enough of the code to have a back way in, like a hard-coded username with complete powers and no log of activity. I think that puts Tommy in play, but I'm not sure.
