Your robin is slim, trust me

Recently i have seen a few gorgeous shots of some so claimed "overweight" robin. But to me, those are Tyra Banks or Giselle Bundchen, in robin's world of course :cool: .

Look at this robin that i saw at Grand Teton NP. You can't even see the head. I waited for him/her to fly but it never happened. So i suspect the wings were not strong enough for the weight.

That's not a Robin, it's turkey hiding from the axe!!

Aw c'mon, Fee. That bird couldn't fly, may have trouble waddling. Great shot, but I figure you had lots of time to get it right. That's the fattest bird I've seen.

Thanks Dan, Stan. I think its weight is equivalent to 350lb in human scale, at least. :D Man, talk about double chin.....

Dang Fee, what a shot lol. If I was that bird I wouldn't worry about not flying, it'd be hard enough work just finding a tree strong enough to sit in. OMG, lol.
