Is there such a thing? Hate having to remove the adaptor ring every time I switch lenses. I would rather leave the adaptor ring on the lens to save time.

No problem.

So do you actually have an adapter for every lens? Sounds expensive. At least the caps are pretty cheap.

Rather than wait a gazillion years for the Lee lens cap, I found a pretty decent solution for both my 77mm wide-angle adapter ring for the 24-105/4L lens and the 82mm wide-angle adapter ring on my 16-35/2.8L lens.

What I like about the hood hat is that it not only covers the ring & lens, but protects part of the lens body itself.

One thing I like about the Lee caps is that you can use them to set a custom white balance. Just take a shot with the cap on :)

Not a bad idea, Optech hood hat!

Didn't think of using the Lee caps for setting white balance, also a good idea!

Thanks guys!

I'm pretty sure LEE just waits to get an idea of how many people want something, maybe poking them on Twitter will do it after enough pokes.

2Filter shows the Lee caps as no longer available. B&H has them on back-order and Adorama doesn't even have the caps on their site  I hope it's not a discontinued item.

I've been looking and haven't seen them actually available in the US.

I posted a similar question about finding regular lens caps that fit the lee or cokin adapters after I saw a vid with one.

No joy so far though.
