I have heard as a PPA member you have acess to pre made contracts and releases. Is this accurate?

However, take those as examples only. Contract law varies greatly by state, and a contract that has been crafted to be "legal in every state" might cheat you out of some leeway your own state provides.

In addition, a contract that gains you much more than you need for what you do may be more difficult to get your clients to sign.
