Had to walk away from the 5D3 threads....one of the biggest blowhards going on and on about the "stupid" _a appearing before his filenames, followed by the pronouncement that colorspace doesn't have any effect on anything. I suspect he uses Chrome for a browser too.

Just drove in to Las Vegas tonight. That trip is a killer in ideal conditions, but when you do it in the dark on a Friday evening when every other idiot is on the road, it increases the stress level by orders of magnitude. And yes, I did include myself as one of the idiots. We couldn't do it any other time because of my brother-in-law's work schedule.

Anyway, we're here, so I'll try to make the best of it.

Happy 18% gray Saturday.

Happy 18% gray Saturday.

It's close to that here this morning with the marine layer of clouds, but it looks to be breaking up soon. It's about 10 degrees cooler than I like for the beach, but it's great walking weather. I managed a 4 mile walk in about about an hour this morning.

It got cooler here as well. 55 outside right now, but that ok. I have to get up into the attic and wire my new bathroom. All the conduit is run but i got to get the junction boxes mounted and the wiring run.

You have to use conduit in the attic? Or is that just to get down into the bathroom wall?

We live in an unincorporated area so we can still use knob and tube if we want. :)

I just run conduit because it's easier and safer in the long run. So I just ran a main from the breaker to a distribution box in the attic and then from there wired in the lights, several outlets, the fan and such. It's not that hard but it does get hot up there.

Dateline: Apple Store, Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas, NV

Belmondo here.

This place sucks. I suspect for me, it's like a triple-Tuesday would be for JJ.

Just sayin'.

Good news is, I get to go to Fry's later today, and tomorrow, I get to go home.
