Chief...just watched the video from Woodford. Interesting that they use a cypress fermenter, all copper stills from Scotland and do a triple distilling to 158 proof.

I didn't know any of that. I do find it incredibly smooth, and almost buttery. It's great for sipping, and that's about all I'm good for these days. (Although after yesterday's drive, I might find that a few good chugs of just about anything to be therapeutic.)

Hmm. Other than the fact that you're a mere child, you might be on to something here. This is an odd year for me till August, and I've certainly experienced a few notable low points recently.

Last year was an even year for me and one of the worst in a long time. I lost so many friends and family so maybe the odd/even thing is reversed for me.

Technically, I could be your dad, although it would have required the ability to procreate as a young teenager. I was certainly willing, but it just didn't seem to work out that way. It seems the young maidens of the day weren't much interested in pudgy, nerdy types. If you were about three years younger, it might have worked.

Jeez that is terrible. Sounds like they are trying to find your replacement quickly in order for you to train them before you leave.
