Same company or a new company?

Whole new company populated by people she used to work with and who she really likes and respects!

Cutie alert! :) I've been shooting a lot of video of my daughter lately. She's cruising and getting close to walking! :D

Good times! This little gal is taking steps, but her confidence is not where it should be. She can totally walk, but she always ends up dropping to her knees, and walks upright on her knees instead.. lazy..? lol...

We need some stills of your little lady in action.. :)

Nice, nice. Alexander now rolls on his belly, 24/7. So I know I will be up in an hour when he cries because he can't flip back on to his back to sleep. He will swim on his belly to try and crawl. Almost there!

gotta love the meltdowns.... :( Blah... Tough love and cry it out... he is getting old enough to self soothe..?

I remember the first night doing that with my oldest. She would cry every night at the same time for no reason other than she wanted to snuggle and nurse.... she was fed, changed and basic needs were met.. 2 am was no longer a necessity... We toughed it out one night in tears, and that was the end of that.. ;) at a whopping 9 months old.. lol.. ENJOY IT... they grow up waaaaaayyyy to fast! :)

He is getting there, in terms of self soothing. Usually he doesn't meltdown at all. This is just a one off.

As for the crawling...Yeah once he starts, then we are in trouble :):):)
