She's fine. She made the trip to AZ yesterday without any problems and she'll be staying with her parents until the middle of next week. She didn't take her computer because we've never been able to connect to her dad's wireless so all she has is her phone. She might be able to get on her dad's computer and check in on TPBM...

Have the front door open with a fan drawing in some nice night air right now but I fear it will be one of the last times we can do it until late September.

This is that time of year I'm really gonna miss when I move to Tx. We have had our windows open for the last few weeks with neither heat or air.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Just finished a very long day at work. Nice cool evening. Had some great spaghetti with a bottle of Gary's Tractor Shed Red for dinner. We have all the windows open and getting a nice cool draw from downstairs to upstairs.

Life is good...

Jay - it's a great table red from the Napa Valley. About $8 per bottle. Good stuff.

I'll have to look for a bottle. Merlot-ish or Cabernet-esque?

It's a blend of Bordeaux, merlot, and some other Italian style varietals. The label varies from year to year. This was a 2009 and it had a red tractor on it.

Didn't think I'd be rooting for the physical home team this deep in the playoffs. Figured it would have been the emotional home team instead. Just hope they don't come out flat in the next round. The Kings are the real giant killers this year having taken down both the #1 and #2 seeds in the west.

The DBacks are trying to pull one out in the ninth.
