A 19mph average is crazy. I can handle a 10~11mph average, maybe a little more for short distances, but that's about it.

Agreed. 10~11 I can do a 30~35 mile ride. 14 is a lap around our forest preserve train, 6 miles. And the only way I'm doing 19 is if Bigfoot is chasing me. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
