As you remember, Lois is short, so a quick walk for her might not impress most folks, but for her, it's an outright gallop. I'm trying to get her to slow down just a whisker, and maybe take a longer route. This will be especially important when it starts to get really hot here. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

I brought our SUV in for it's bi-annual smog check. On the way over here, I became aware of one of the other perks of retirement: Not having to drive in the morning commute. At 8:30 this morning, all the freeways were at almost a dead stop because of one accident. Luckily, I was traveling in the opposite direction of the normal morning commute so it didn't effect my drive. I was reminded of that last Friday when we drove to the LA Airport to pick up BIL. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Also available for Android and iPhone. I'm using MyTracks. It takes a while to lock in, 1, maybe 2 minutes but seems pretty accurate. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
