My dearly departed Dad used to offer to "kick me in the shins" to help me forget whatever other pain I was experiencing at the time...

Must be something to this "alternate pain" theory...

I get calf cramps in the middle of the night ALL THE TIME, the lip pinch saves me (almost) every time.

So Crissa shows up at work with a swollen lip, and tries to convince her workmates it's due to leg cramps. I'd love to see that!!!

JJ are you on an iphone?

No, Android. It's really fast if I leave the GPS and alternative location features enabled but I don't like charging my phone every other night so I turn those off. With them off I only charge twice a week if I've been talking a lot, however, it takes 1, 2 minutes to lock on to GPS when I enable it.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

I so hate Tuesdays and today was especially stressful. Last Friday was lay-off day and we lost a bunch of people. Well, things are slipping and I actually had to tell one of the suits that the reason a particular task is not getting done is because you fired the guy doing it. Sheesh.. what a freaking moron.

Ah so you could get the app STRAVA. I really cant recommend it enough! Tracks your ride and reports to you how you have done vs your other times on the same ride. It awards you trophies if you have posted a top time against your self and overall. Not only that but it can also compare you vs people you know, others who have done the same route, or even people in your age group. Check them out it is free. Cant recommend them enough for both competitive riders and casual riders.
