Nice, isn't that Nick's dream gal?

I see some ghostly light around the legs when you converted to HDR.

The basic construction doesn't look much different from the last photos I posted many months ago. I've been using my time making buildings, wiring, and the myriad details that don't really show that much. When it gets hot, I won't feel like leaving the house, and things will start to move a bit faster then.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Thanks for the update chief. Are you putting in a lake or a river?

Maybe an outhouse. A lake is certainly out of the question, and a river is almost as bad. Possibly a small creek.

My next one will have an ocean.

Just stick an aircraft carrier in the ocean.

So much of Scranton was that way when we used to go there frequently. We lived in King of Prussia (near Philadelphia) when it was a new, up-and-coming suburb with a lot of high tech companies. Scranton was a dying coal mining town that was generally in serious decay, no matter where you looked. The locals loved it, though, and most were committed to staying there until they died. We were only able to dislodge Lois' grandmother after she got too old to navigate the steps in her two-story house. Anyway, the extremes were startling. We'd leave our house in King of Prussia where everything around us was shiny and new, and two hours later we were in something barely removed from the third world.

The pizza made the trip worthwhile.

The interesting thing about Scranton, is that it has managed to maintain that dying, decaying coal town look for over 50 years. The locals remain as loyal as they ever were. Quite the study in Americana.

Hmmmmmmm....to scale, that carrier would be just under 23 feet long. I bet you could build a small reactor to power it.

That would be sweet. And then stick a model of Jay on top taking shots of the airplanes. :p

Well this years tax return is nowhere near as good as last years :(

But I don't owe anything, so that's always good.

I have a different philosophy. If I get money back, it's an indicator I did poor planing at the beginning of the year. I would much rather keep my own hard earn pay than to stick it into a zero percent interest savings account.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
