Well you get on that phone and you annoy them until they DO reproduce it, is all I can really say. Man, Canon repair here is slow as hell but they just shut up and do what you tell them to do, it's refreshing.

I've recently had this last last week, I had a new sensor fitted and it wasnt calibrated perfectly with the motherboard (supposed to be done on installation).I sent it back in and its fine now, it only took a day to do.Have you had a new sensor or servicing done?
