I do actually own a 24-105L and a 135L with a 5D Mark2 but I would like a better option for low light capability for interior use. I have a local deal on a 35L but I can’t afford to buy it without selling my 135L. I would use my 24-105 at 105 for outdoor portrait use instead.
I could also jump on a 24-70L which will allow me better low light performance than my 24-105 and I would keep the 135L for outdoor portrait use. What is your thought on my choice ?

I would do 24-70 + 135, no overlap and both are low light capable (to an extent)

I must admit that the 135L is so sharp

What about selling the 24-105 and buying a 35L and 85 1.8?

35L, 50 1.4, 85 1.8 and 135L would be a pretty nice low light kit.

What f4 can't do with flash, I doubt 2.8 will.... Just save & scoop up the 35L....

I prefer to keep a zoom option for the moment.

even an f/2.8 zoom is slow for indoors sometimes. I think a wide angle prime is essential.

It depends on your use, I guess. A fast wide angle prime would be totally wasted on me.

I finally picked up a 35L on local deal, I will keep my 135L and stick with only these 2 lens and adapt my shooting with it.

Are you selling or keeping your 24-105?

FWIW, I just got my 35L. Bliss.

I decided that the 135L was too light and so bought a 70-200/2.8L IS II instead. ;-)a

Of course, that's all before I put all of that weight on my shoulder for extended periods of time. Might go two primes like you're doing in the long run.
