Nice, yea they do look nice, but not worth the extra money for a Canon logo. Personally this is the only logo Id prefer to sport:

;)

Thanks Ben! That's the strap.

Yea see thats what I thought. Ive never seen one in person, but every once in a while someone posts as above saying its a Crumpler made strap.

There is two versions, one is made by Optech (the black one shown in this thread)
There is also a bright red Crumpler industry disgrace with big canon logos on it

For that money, you're better off joining the CPS and getting other benefits besides the strap.

I bought one these straps but it's a pain attaching to the camera since the loops are not thin like the oem stap. Wish I could find some eyelets like those found on Nikon cameras so it'd be easier to attach the strap. CPS strap owners, how do you attach yours to your camera?

I didn't see that they were for sale, and they only send one or two depending on your membership. Does Canon sale them?

If you buy the MkIII I'm selling, it comes with a brand new CPS strap, no extra charge!!

Just a word of thanks for this thread. I was unaware of this particular strap and the CPS group. As I have enough equipment to be a Gold member, I joined because of the other percs.

I have a body and lens that are both out of warranty and need a cleaning and alignment. The cost of about $160 each is covered by the two free cleanings that come with membership. The fee was $100, so I've just saved $220 already. Also, 30% off repairs, free shipping and 3 day turnaround.

And I get a cool strap.

Thats actually what I did ;-)a Membership almost came for free! I was asking the original question because I wanted to know if Canon sells these, looks like they are very popular.

Put the strap on Ebay and your membership comes for almost $30 :)
