Very nice shot, nice details. As far as brightening, I think you mean the underside of the closest wing. Try backing off the contrast in ps -10 to no more than -15 then bring the brightness down to where you like it or the wings are closer in brightness. If you were to just brighten the rear wing will get blown completely
