First time shooting Motocross

New Motocross track opened locally last weekend so i thought id pop along and have a look, just a few shots i got that i was happy with for first time attempt.

Your corner shots are really good. The only critique I could give is maybe fill out the frame more on your panning shots. Most mx photographers use a higher shutter speed/iso to get more detail in the roost but I like the way your corner shots turned out. Gives a sense of speed. Number 2 is a winner.

Cheers Dex, its nice to shoot something different but road racing season starts end of this month so it will be back to the big bikes for a majority of the summer

I think i was shooting around 1/320 or 1/400 depending on the length of zoom and where i was, the sun was out one minute and behind the clouds the next so i was changing settings virtually every shot
