I don't know which one I like better the one above or this one(probably this one, the eyes are more in focus)...

1 dof is too shallow for my liking
2 is good, lighting is a little hard on her face
3 pose is good, again, lighting isn't optimal, framing could be tighter.

Thanks! I didn't know exactly what to do with the light, I was just experimenting.

She has pretty eyes but they are lacking a bit of luster and dimension. The red lipstick is drawing alot of attention from the eyes. I like the red lipstick but the eys could use a bit of pop so that they can at least compete with the lips. This is purely subjective.

I would not worry about the details such as popping the eyes. Original is fine IMHO. I would focus on lighting. It looks like you're using one light and it's a bit harsh. Harsh lighting can make imperfections in skin really stand out.

I use one light too and it helps to have the subject face the light so that the face is evenly lit.

Thanks for the input guys! The eyes do look better I think.

@ratempa It was my first time really playing with artificial light, I'll remember that next time.

Lighting is so subjective and it is just speculation on my part but I think the OP was going for a more classical lighting setup. If this is the case then my suggestion would be to raise the main light a little higher which would have moved the catch light in the eye to about the 10-11 O' clock position and angled the nose shadow more downward rather than horizontally sideways. Then he could have had a more classical Loop or Rembrandt light pattern depending on the placement of the light. What he has now is pattern of light about half way between the two classical patterns forementioned.

Again this all very subjective but I do not see any major issues with his lighting as the three values of the Specular, Diffused and Shadow seem to be well controlled and the overall Exposure looks very acceptable at least to me.
