Just making sure is it a standard button battery like a CR-something? Same as a CMOS battery for a computer? I can't remember the exact model but I remember it being something very common.
Mine is due for replacement, seeing as I'm having to change the date and time every instance I power it on.
Anything I should watch out for when I get it apart? Not my first time behind the wheel of a DSLR, I did a shutter replacement on my Rebel XTi. Also just had the mirror fix done, if that matters.
Will probably fix it this coming week as I have no events planned for the week until Friday.
