What's the difference between the 430EX and 430EZ? I want to get a good flash for my G6, that offeres me a wide range of options, btu i hope to to spend mroe than $250 for one, which is where the 430Ex is around. So anyobdy got any suggestions?

Only 'EX' Speedlites will work on the G6 - but I'm not sure if all of the 'EXs' will or not. In any case, the EZ units won't work in any of the automatic modes.

Hope this helps.

Have Fun,

All the EX flashes should work on the G-6. Any EZ will need to be operated in full manual mode.
