Tamron 28-200 v sigma 28-200 non macro

Which is the best quality?

I have the tamron but have the chance to swap it for the sigma. Any advice? Just got back into photography after a few years and buying a better lens just isn't an option right now as saving for my wedding.

do you even use it much...you have the 18-55IS, and sigma 70-300mm...

i just got back into photography about 2 weeks ago, used the 28-200 for my nephews christening, took over a hundred shots with it and got some nice photos
