Capture Directly on the laptop

I have a probelm, I want to captrue directly on the laptop but keep the file names of the camera the same as the files saved on the laptop.
How do I do that in Capture One and is this possible to do it with Canon's Remote Capture?

Please help.

which camera? Capture on doesn't support all cameras.
