go easy on me

took this one day a few years ago in Co. Wexford, Ireland while out walking the beach and got talking to some local fishermen. This fisherman was throwing his catch back.

I like the subject and the composition. I'm not sure I like the post processing. I like the silhouette effect, but think it could be done more cleanly.

Post the original and I can give you better feedback there.

due to my newbieness back then i never kept the original files....stupid i know, but i learned from that mistake and keep everything now.

I had Just purchased my 550d, canon 18-200 IS, 430EXIIm and my girlfriends nephews were having a school play. I grabbed the opportunity to play and shot this on Auto. I love the photo. It was just a lucky snap. I know its not very technical but we love it.

hard too tell whats going on due to the poor image quality. if you have photoshop hit shift "save optimized for web"
