golden eagle? or baby bald? or something else? help!

I took this pic near Boundary Bay in Delta, BC. I also saw an adult bald eagle about a kilometre away. The gold on his beak is throwing me, and I see very little white on his tail feathers. So I come to you - because I know you will know what it is! :D Thanks in advance...

Looks like an immature Bald, to me. Not a bad shot, though the branches, like that :)
