There is a common misconception between looking strong and being strong. Big muscles do not automatically mean more strength. A bodybuilders job is to perform each rep with a good stretch and contraction to effectively tear the muscle, this causes the muscles to try and adapt (grow). On top of that they consume loads of food as well as other "substances" lol to look the way they do. Juice is just a tool for them. To get to where they are requires years of hard work and dedication. I for one though will never have any interest in being that size lol.

to go along with that, the real "strong men" are those fat dudes you see on ESPN2 at 1am.
body builders look strong, those fat guys lifting boat anchors are the ones who actually are strong.
