Was curious about how the 7D would perform with car photography. These where taken with the 55-250, photoshoot was done with other lenses too, so I will post those later.

Cars was what it got me hook with photography in the first place. I became a "birder" later.

My recent ones. Lately climate here has been awful. Overcast days, rain...the works. Not to many bird shots worth showing but my dogs seem very happy in such days!

Caution...... constructive criticism.

For some reason, all your photos that you post have sort of green colour cast to them. Take a closer look at your dog. I am pretty sure that your dog doesn't have green hair/fur. Under the jaw and on the chest, the hair is green. Whatever you are doing in post is......... well, needs work.

He is white, under the chin...what you are seeing is the reflection of the grass. About that green cast you are seeing, well I do not see it. Check your monitor.

Well, sorry...I do not see it. Do you see it in the pics of the bird, since you said ALL my pics have that.

Its not. Go and take a pic of a white bird surrounded by green leafs, like up a tree and a greenish cast can sometimes be seen over the whole bird.

I suspect it has something to do with using Gimp for photo processing. You likely have made a sizeable investment in good photography equipment. Using free software like Gimp to process images will not yield the best results. Basically what I see over the vast majority of the photos you post is a huge over-saturation of green, almost like, you moved the green saturation slider all the way to maximum value. To the same extent, many are hugely over-saturated in blue as well, especially a blue sky. I'm not trying to be-little your photos, but maybe you don't see it. If my monitor was out of calibration, then I would see this same cast on other members photos, which I don't. I can pick out your photos when scrolling through this thread without even looking at your screen name or watermark. Again, not trying to be a troll, just something you may want to view on another computer or have a friend critique your photos compared to others in this thread. If you take offence to my observations, then I apologize.

I use Lightroom, GIMP is used to just add the watermark sig. I compare the output from LG and after I add the sig and honestly do not see a green cast or tint. Thats why I ask any other member here for an opinion. I have posted some of my pics over the "Rate the pic above you thread" and have never had such a critique made. If i would have seen this I would have correct it.

Does anyone else see a green tint/cast on my pics? Please let me know.

Oh and before LG i have used GIMP for aprox, 8 to 10 years and GIMP does not produce green tinted images, so Im just baffled by what you see in my pics.
