Was curious about how the 7D would perform with car photography. These where taken with the 55-250, photoshoot was done with other lenses too, so I will post those later.

Cars was what it got me hook with photography in the first place. I became a "birder" later.

Pretty nice stuff.

I think every one of the albums directly in this group were taken with the 7D. Particularly the albums "Dave's V-dub" and "Wayne's Vette" closely relate to what you did.

I use Lightroom, GIMP is used to just add the watermark sig. I compare the output from LG and after I add the sig and honestly do not see a green cast or tint. Thats why I ask any other member here for an opinion. I have posted some of my pics over the "Rate the pic above you thread" and have never had such a critique made. If i would have seen this I would have correct it.

Does anyone else see a green tint/cast on my pics? Please let me know.

Of course it can! LOL! But I had it already with GIMP so I use it just for that. Do you see that green tint and cast in all my pics too? BTW, did you see them in the car pics? Help me out man! LOL!! No one else want to tell me anything!

Varsity in the dark. High school field with only 4 light standards. All ISO6400 @1/500 f/2.8 with 70-200L - no pp:

As described I definitely see it under the chin in the 4th dog photo, but I don't see it in the white patch on top of his head.

But it does seem like the saturation is boosted way up there in most of your photos that I remember seeing.

thanks again! 100-400L I love this lens since it has that extra reach. this is one lens I want to keep even though I don't use it as much but when I do it reminds me why I got it.

Initial attempt at improving one of the above shots. Minor sharpening, shadow lightening and noise reduction done in PS Elements 9.

Thanks man will be careful with saturation next time. I find the Bigmos to sometimes give me a too contrasty/saturated look. Will be watching in order to correct for real world saturated look.

Did the car pic seem too saturated? I tried to go for a slightly saturated look...
