Seeing this shot makes me all kinds of jealous! I didn't make it to a single airshow this year and I've been wanting to see this bird in person for a long time!

Regarding the "green" tint issue I consulted a couple of the most knowledgeable guys around here and the issue was more of an increased warmness due to the grass reflection (yes it does exist Redfire) throwing my WB off. It turned out that a correction of the blue channel along with a decrease of the overall saturation changed the look of the pics. This one was the worse. The effect seemed not to be a big issue in other pics, so no...not all of pics were green. Here is the new version vs the old...

As a constructive criticism to all guys here. Please guys try to really give good criticism. I thank Redfire for his/her honesty among the scant few that chimed in. I ask repetitively about any one else's view and the silence was sepulchral...we are here to learn. For praises alone we do not learn. Of course if something is just awesome we must voiced our opinion too, praise also motivates us.

That is a tremendous improvement ...... in my eyes anyways.

Giving advice / suggestions / critiques is a touchy subject. I knew there was an issue with your images, but it is difficult to convey through a forum, so that the OP doesn't become offended. As you can imagine, if you / your friends saw the issue and you changed it, you likely will now agree with my initial comments. You likely used the same white balance or post processing techniques on all the other photos in that series, and that is why I made the comment that all your photos have that green colour cast.

Your car photos are very good.

Point taken and you too learned something.....you can have colored reflections from a lot of surfaces, including grass!:D

Having fun with my 7D at night in the great white north! I set up to take some shots, and decided to try and obtain a glow to back light an old windmill, capture part of the milky way and then use a flashlight to paint the front of the windmill to obtain clear contrast. The image falls right in line with the motto for the city causing the glowing sky...Saskatoon Shines! I played with exposures, and angles...this shot was one of the best for the night. I love my 7D!

Very nice; I like the colors and the surreal, dreamlike quality.
