I set up to take some shots, and decided to try and obtain a glow to back light an old windmill, capture part of the milky way and then use a flashlight to paint the front of the windmill to obtain clear contrast. The image falls right in line with the motto for the city causing the glowing sky...Saskatoon Shines! I played with exposures, and angles...this shot was one of the best for the night. I love my 7D!
