I posted this pic quite a while ago in this thread , but I wasn't too happy with the way it looked so I reworked it to give the wave some more contrast and detail.

the lighting in the second one is pretty good :) I think I would have tried to fill the shadows a little but dogs rarely give you the opportunity to tweak & tune (if your dog is anything like mine)
