I love the way this Eagle is trimmed by the warm golden sunlight late in the afternoon. Majestic, Beautiful, and Graceful.

I agree that came out fantastic.

Super bird shots lately, especially the Bald Eagle.

Another raptor but slightly smaller than the eagle.

wow this is one of my favorite birds ive seen lately i see something similar in my area but the one i see here is similar but drabber coloring and tiny ive seen a few different ones but they are all smaller little birds just slightly bigger then a medium sized turtle dove.

beautiful capture here doc! thanks again for your service!

and to the rest of you awesome birders ive enjoyed the shots and look forward to feeling well enough to get out there and begin the hunt for the birds again to much morphine, percocet, skelaxin and valium really makes it hard to do anything when its not working to manage the pain. i take 2640mgs of pills a day is where im at and its not made for lots of photo time and im hating it

Thanks I am really glad I decided to buy it. If focused really fast even in AI servo, I tried every AF of 7D and no problem at all. It is fast enough for me. Yesterday hawks flying above our house and it's way way above and tried AI servo and focused really fast.

wow i must have missed that page with your last set great birdies peter! i really always enjoy your work! and man those small little fat feathery birds are my favorite you seem to make them look so easy to photo. well done.

what version of the EF 300 where you using?

i had hoped to add the 300mm f/4 IS L to my line up this year but i ended up going with the darkside so hopefully next year i will add it to the line up unless i catch a windfall this year. and do you own just a 300 or do you also own the 400mm 5.6mm L
