As I was biking home from school I saw this pair, very close to my house (they are always around) so I came back with the car and my gear. Luckily they were still there. I knocked on a house and met a very nice lady who allowed me to go into her backyard to shoot. Turns out she wants me to do some shooting for a conservation project shes working on, and she found a screech owl nest that she is going to show me!

They were pretty high up, these are all 50% crops at least. No clear shot to them either... so many branches.

I like `em a lot Allan!
Many of us struggle to find just 1 RTH, but you go and find 2; and your captures are very nice.
We'll be curious to see if you can bring us some Screech Owl captures too - ;)
Good Luck!

A real nice set, Allan. I especially like the first. Not often we get to see a pair like that, comfy sharing a branch...
