Generally this sort of question can be avoided by including the EXIF info when you post a shot. And File > Info in PS will allow you to add © information & other data to your EXIF. "Save for Web" strips out EXIF info. "Save As" does include it. It's always nice to include it in your images for those of us who use it to see what your settings were if/when you have a problem & ask a question about it.

Actully, I don't have the details. Even though I look on its properties.

And I also haven't tried making it b/w.

Yeah. Like I've lost the original. And you can also see its camera details using alt+double click under "Details" tab.
