SgtBourne- Thank you!

PhotosGuy- Man you really have tips on anything and everything. Your feedback is much appreciated as always. :D

Rick- It doesn't run very well, still hasn't started even after almost ten years! Hopefully it'll start someday. ;)
Why'd you get rid of your 996? If you don't mind me asking.

Dealer bought it back at full price. It has so many things wrong that they couldn't fix. The engine seals kept blowing. I could deal with the PIA of the seals, but it had severe shimmy when over 130 mph, I'd verified this was common in many of them with other owners. They were never able to remedy that. I had one of the very early 996's, they told me mine was off the first boat. I'd ordered as soon as they were taking orders.
I traded in my '95 993 for it, big mistake. Subsequent water cooled P-cars have been fine, I've had an '07S and '08S with zero problems. Great cars, I've had 13 of them since 1968, and with the exception of that 996 they just get better.

Yes, my father insisted I buy my first one ('64 356) in 1968. A fellow he worked with was selling it. I'd had various British sports cars up til then.

Cool setup. I think pic #1 would have been better with the entire model in focus.

Rick- Man, sounds like you've got a tough life! I'd love to own a 911 some day.

Synth19- I totally agree, I didn't notice until after I uploaded the photos, darn 40D screen isn't very clear =/. By the way man, I love your photography work.
