Steven, I got my 24-70 G in. It's a nice lens. It not as heavy as the Canon version but, is built well. The hood feels metallic. Is that right? :)

Saw this guy with his D700 + 24-70 + RRS plate shooting in NYC. I stopped him and I think he was buggin out

That series has become boring to me

I really like the story. It's very original. They're really dragging it out, but I want to see what happens in revelations, so I'll pick it up eventually.

Set in revolutionary times? You wouldn't want to play in that setting? That would be fun, but there aren't big, crowded metropolises like you'd see in Jerusalem or Rome

Yeah. That is the stuff that messed the movie up for me. The party scenes caused some nostalgia, but the other scenes were too outlandish for me.

Mayra and I thought the same. I was telling her some of the crazy stuff we did at those parties and the movie was pretty close to it  Nothing good comes from having a pool or lots of great ;)

Awesome! The barrel of the 24-70 G is not as wide as the current Canon one. :D

I think it was a Nikon flash? I don't remember. He did have a grip on it though.

Nope, not nearly! I asked how he likes it and he said he loves it. It was awkward though cause he was just like who the f are you?

This is really sad. When I go to hulu to watch the sunday lineup, I no longer look at the Simpsons. Family Guy is my first choice. How far the Simpsons has fallen.

How can you fall when you had never risen in the first place!

He's probably not used to people coming up to him asking about his gear. ;)
